All BackPack Professional 4 versions incorporate a 15 day trial period. This allows you to test the software and guarantee that it is compatible with your system and that you are happy with the software prior to purchasing.

Every Endeavour will be made to ensure that technical problems are resolved to your satisfaction.

If we are unable to resolve them and payment has been made for software purchased directly from us, we guarantee to refund the full price (excluding any media or freight costs) within 15 days of purchase.

If your software has been purchased from another Reseller or Vendor, any returns will be subject to that Reseller or Vendors return policies.
